Zenith Partners policy on informing customers about applicable fees and offered services complies with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (2008 No. 1277). We ensure full transparency regarding costs and the scope of services provided. Our commercial terms clearly outline the price, commission percentage, and expected outcomes for each service component along with any additional charges that may arise through-out the investment period. The invoicing and cash payment process is managed by our Financial Controller. Investment fund transfers are processed through an external e-wallet provider, such as Mango Pay, or directly to the investment entity.

Users are entitled to a refund if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed in the contract.However, refunds will not be granted if the service order results in an unsatisfactory decision or an unsuccessful investment outcome. The full refund policy is described in the terms of the agreement and will be available on our cloud-based platform, Ideals VDR. It can also be provided upon request via email, phone, or in writing.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 14 business days. This process is managed bythe financial manager following standardised procedures supported by our CRM system. The standardised approach ensures predictability and consistency while allowing for efficient resource management. By automating four stages of the process, we enhance efficiency and enable thefinancial manager to focus on complex cases. Our CRM system tracks the number of days since there fund request was submitted and flags urgent cases to ensure timely processing within the standard time frame.
